New Lifeguard Tower, Complete With Lifeguards

The City of Encinitas bought a new lifeguard tower for Beacon's Beach.  The city will also be manning the lifeguard tower all summer long, which will be helpful because we received the new sand.

The old lifeguard tower was moved to Grandview Beach. And boy it sucked. (It had termites!)
