Scottie Shreds
Scottie thought that his
powerful spray from his self-proclaimed awesome, hard,
slick cutback he did in the shore break pushed away the
sand. He was saddened to find that an early January
2001 storm actually created this shoulder high sand wave.
Scott's family were asked
to do a classic San Diego Chamber of Commerce and
Visitors Convention pose as they look
like they just arrived from Kansas and the first day at
the beach. Each family member is asking a tourist
question: "Where is La Jawla? Can we see Shamu and
the Sea World? Where is the San Diego Zoo? Can we go to
Mexico (Tijuana) and buy stuff?"
Pretty
soon those little girls will be taking away waves from
pop.
